No shuttle/ bbq support
On the water the Trip went well With no swimmers, difficult customers today though, one lady with a back injury/completely deaf/stroke victim/downright rude and unpleasant, this is a definite special case group- requiring their own private special needs type boat, I’m guessing the family never volunteered this information to the office but it certainly would have been Pertinent to know about it from our end beforehand. I don’t know if there is a lesson to be learned here but we did do our best to accommodate and stay professional.

Hi Nick,
Sorry you were blindsided with these difficult people. We were not aware of the lady's personal issues beforehand, if not we would have definitely put it on the guide notes. Thanks for all of your hard work out there, we appreciate it!
