The person who answered the phone on Sunday morning is Such a rude and unprofessional person with a horrible customer service. She charged my credit card without telling me that it’s no refundable because it’s within 14 days of booking, and when I told her that she should’ve told me before charging me she hung up the phone!!
I have never seen this much rudeness and disrespected sales person in my life!!
